I had an excellent experience with Brown Square this week. My starter stopped working in my car and I needed to get towed to a mechanic's home garage. Jorge was very careful when loading my vehicle onto his flatbed. When we arrived at the mechanic's garage Jorge helped me and the mechanic push the vehicle into the garage. There was lots of snow and ice in the lane and it was uphill into the garage, very difficult task to get it in the garage. Jorge never gave up and he helped troubleshoot using his chains for us to pull and backing his vehicle up so we could use it as leverage to push my dead car uphill into the garage. The pushing process took well over half an hour and he never gave up, just kept trying to help me get the vehicle where it needed to go.
